Elaine Gonzales
Co-Executive director
Holding a Master's in Psychology, Elaine anchors our program with expertise, decades of community advocacy, and child/adolescent advancement. She spent years building partnerships with county, state, city and government entities to create and procure services for the children and families she served.
Vanessa Gonzales
Co-Executive director
Vanessa serves as a steady navigator for families of young children, guiding them through the often uncharted waters of early childhood development and support services. She holds a master’s degree in child and adolescent development, a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a California Commission on Teacher Credentialing Early Childhood Program Director Permit, and is pending a Certified Case Manager (CCM) Certification through the Commission for Case Manager Certification. With over a decade of experience working in public special education classrooms and specialized preschool settings, her career has been dedicated to helping families find their bearings, connecting them to critical resources, and ensuring every child has the opportunity to set sail toward a healthy and supported future.
